Rude

This is a band formed as a marriage of convenience between Myles Heskett and Chris Ross, both formerly of Wolfmother, and Sarah Kelly, formerly of theredsunband, and it's a surprisingly cool little thing for a band ordained by a convocation of managers. Anything but generic indie rock, it's spacious, textured, loud, um, neo-punk-psychedelia. Late period Yeah Yeah Yeahs came to mind here and there, maybe just a bit of Karen O's yelp and rasp in the vocal. The band name is poorly chosen, I expected eighties twee-pop.
