"This album, intended to be representative of the entertainment at the Gas Light Coffee House in Kansas City, was recorded entirely from the stage of the Gas Light. You may be able to detect voices or perhaps rumbling busses (sic) on Main Street in the background, but this should not detract from your enjoyment of a session with all the Gas Light Regulars. The album was recorded during March of 1961".Includes a two-page typed bio of artists with a foreword by John Watkins.
